Unfortunately not. Although there is a spec tester thingy on the nvidia website!!! I'd like to hear if anyone's tried it too.

    I'm getting almost 8200 in 3dmark06 with my R2 i5
I bet its playable with an R2
it has played anything i threw at it so far.
I just today downloaded the Batman Arkham City Demo and had excellent game play.

well i saw somewhere that "low" settings requires a 450 series card, the lowest tested was a 8800gt so it will run,( thats why im kinda curious) but somehow trying to match to a 450 card is a little out of our little beats reach,

    i could be wrong though...

anyway im downloading it ( may as well just risk it) as i post this... 29gb at 1.4 mb a sec, so i will be posting my experience soon :p

KK i have not had much time to mess with things, but at 1366x768, textures high shader high shadows high, and fxaa on normal, with everything else on normal, im getting about 30 fps minmum, depending on the scene

any lower and you get GTA4 style square shading in the shadows and it looks really horrible, in some of the cut scenes even on these settings it still looks a little grainy,

cant seem to get it to stay on dx10 to see if that makes a difference

    btw i have an R2 i5 with 8gig ram, and a 162 oc , no gpu oc

non taken :p, just managed to get my camera up and did a quick 2 min vid, 30-40 fps, which i (personally) can live with probally with a few tweaks and stuff it may get higher, just uploading the video to youtube atm be about 20 mins or so,

having a camera blocking your screen makes it hard to shoot :p

(and like i said the ai is pretty sharp, wish most games had Ai like this one

    there ya go ..... Max payne 3 Alienware m11x r2 - YouTube

Max Payne 3 runs great on my r1! Just make sure you have switched the graphics before you run it...

And it just will not run on my m17x, won't detect graphics card and only runs onboard graphics, terrible..who would have thought that an m11x r1 is better than an m17x with nvidia 580m?!

I don't know about the m17x's as I dont own one but I'm 100% sure the error is on your part, it will work on the 580m. Maybe it needs to be whitelisted?

well if he's running on the onboard graphics then I'd imagine it's pretty unplayable.

    wow, thank you very much..
i still can't believe why such new game with good graphics is light, there are games with bad graphics but lags as it requires high requirements.

I always have trouble using DX 10.1 (it resets to DX9) and shows my GPU memory at 512mb? That's weird.
    Currently using 301.42 driver.
