Hey guys, I'm having a slight problem after reassembling my m11x and applying new thermal paste to the chips. (I used arctic silver 5 btw) apparently now that I've reassembled the laptop the same way I disassembled it, when I booted up the keyboard lit up along with the Alienware logo, but the screen remained black and it began beeping twice over and over. Does anyone know what needs to be looked at? I may have overlooked something or plugged something in wrong?

Try each stick of RAM by itself, see if that works.

Hi, 2 beeps means that the system is not detecting the RAM, as CEUOTC and Rishwin said go ahead and try them one by one.

Also, here's an article from the Dell support site that contains al the information about the Alienware beeping codes, I hope you find it useful.
