For some reason after I fixed the hinge issue by using epoxy, my m11x will not show any image when I switch the graphics from power saver, to increase performance. I can still change the brightness and hear the things going on, but the screen is just a black color. Anyone else have this issue? I've tried installing all the drivers and no luck. My warranty is out, so I'm willing to try anything at this point to get it to work.

EDIT: I added a video to better describe the problem i am having.

By the way, I have an intel core due 2 processor, and I don't have the m11x with the optimus switch so i have to do it manually.

I have pinpointed the problem I have. Now I just need a solution.

In this picture, it shows that there are 2 seperate cards, the GT335m and the mobile 4 series.

and on my device manager, it only shows up as intel mobile series 4, the gt335 is nowhere to be seen. Does anyone know where i can download the software for the Nvidia card?

My device manager only shows the mobile 4 chip when im on power saving mode too. Did you get anything on anything except the hinges when you went in to repair it?

I did try and reinstall them, I got the ones from the dell website. i downloaded both the beta one, and the Nvidia one that they offer. I didn't however download the one from the Nvidia site just yet.

and i just got the hinges specifically. nothing else.i took off the screen cover and that's all.
