    Hello,

I was wondering if theres some way to register to My Hive without the account number, or where to get a new one, as DELL supreme support team can't help me and simply ignores my email about the issue for almost a week now, after replying to the first one...

I do enter all my details with the account number (same as Customer ID from my invoice, at least thats what i understand from reading other posts) but it wouldn't let me register.

I do remember going to some link DELL sent me where it analyzed my setup one or another, but it failed to complete on any of my browsers(opera, mozilla or chrome) so i gave up on that and simply moved on, but now i want to get some extra features that didn't come preloaded to command center, and apparently i can't, thus seek assistance here, as dell support proves to be useless at anything than support around buying something from them.

myhive is for the older pre-dell computers I think. Your best bet is to actually call dell tech support. It will waste a few hours of your life, but its better than their lackluster emailing skills.

go to dells site, go to support, then enter your service tag or select your computer from the list.

command center has a option in it to check for updates too.

Aliensence wasnt included in the command center for the R3 model but some have been able to get it by installing over the current command center with the M15x one then installing over that with the one for the m11xR3 cause the old install left alien sence since it was just over written.
