    anyone know the capability of overclocking the m11xr2 i3 330um?

    i need help from the senior member to overclock my m11xr2 i3 330um.
    my stable overclock on bios is 166 and i have overclock further using setpll to 185..
    and im currently evga precision to oc my gpu.. i still can't get my stable gpu oc.. but currently im at 490/1200/840..
    i know i can go further with oc my gpu.. but im stuck at using throttlestop.. can anyone help me ?

    Throttlestop won't help you as all it does is enable Turbo where it normally be throttled to stock multiplier. Since you don't have Turbo, you should already be running at your max multiplier of 9x. All you can do is keep pushing up the BCLK for increased clockspeed.

    means it useless for me using the throttlestop?

    Yes it is useless for the i3. Throttlestop prevents the cpu from reducing the turbo boost multiplier (which is used to keep the cpu at a lower voltage). Throttlestop removes this voltage throttling issue to increase performance. Since the i3 has no turbo boost feature, throttlestop wont be doing anything on your system.

    thnks a lot for the help. so the only the way im gonna achieve high overclock is to increase my BCLK ? my limit is 185.. can i go higher on i3?

    You mean the limit in the bios is 185? Or is it unstable after 185? If so, it could be your ram which is limiting you.

    m11x r2 i3 bios oc limit is 166.. currently its stable.. so use DAVYGT setpll.. i have further overclock it to 185.. pass that i will stuck on game and bsod...
