New nVidia update just popped up. What is it for? Is it safe?

I just noticed that there is a nVidia update under the Optional section up in my Windows update. The description of it says "Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, Other hardware - NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M".

Anyone know what this is for/what it does? My machine (11x R1) is working fine and I'm not sure if I need/want to go ahead with this update or not. nVidia new update.jpg

If the video card isn't having any issues as it is then don't upgrade, it's probably a newer driver that came out to provide more support to new games.
