    For the ram I would get one of these - the difference is in the cas latency and frequency they run at. As far as I know the frequency will change automatically down to the correct speed both of which will run at that speed.

    As for the ssd I threw a vertex 3 in mine because I will upgrade to a sata 3 eventually. Any sata 2 will work fine though vertex or intel are what I recommend.
