So I've had my Alienware M11x for 7 mouths with no problems until last Friday. I noticed massive fps drops in SWTOR from about 30-40 to no higher than 5fps. after running a number of tests I realised that the Nvidia graphics card was no longer recognised as being installed. So I'm now stuck using the integrated Intel graphics card. I didn't uninstall the hardware and all the software updates are still there. I don't remember switching between the two graphics cards. The Nvidia control panel just says that a Nvidia card was not detected in your system', so I'm pretty much stumped at this stage. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, it's driving me mad trying to figure out what might be causing it.

What version of the m11x do you have?
    r1, r2, or r3?

R1, but I've fixed it, finally, used the repair function in 'safe mode.'
