Can we pleaaaseeee get a hybrid driver set for R1 users?

Request: Could anyone please link me the latest Intel Graphic driver for a M11xR2?
I need them to test stability with these new Nvidia drivers, I've been trying to find them using the search function of this forum, with no luck >.<
Thanks in advance. -

yes, i use precision with this driver. but your milage may vary when overclocking. not everyones gpu is the same. some people can get a higher overclock then me, some people cant increase anything more then 20 mhz without crashing.

WOW, going from my 260.99 to this one NOW! Finnaly Nvidia did something very useful about The Witcher. No more driver swaps.

Nvidia stinks. These drivers are no good for Left 4 Dead 2 but reverting to 260.99 kills Lead & Gold dead. ARRRGGH!!!!
Anyone know a version that will work with both games? -
I haven't tried overclocking yet, but I noticed that if I alt + tab out of NBA 2k11 now, it causes a black screen and I have to kill it in task manager.

These drivers do not work for very high shaders on L4D2. If he's saying they do, it's because he's not using very high shaders.
Also the persistant "white haze" that was quite noticeable in the last set of drivers is a little lessened now... but it's still there. It becomes very apparent in some areas... but it's less now.
Lead & Gold crashes at startup as well. I don't think this is driver related, I think the devs broke something in the latest update. This is an indy game, so it wouldn't surprise me if this is the case. -
The driver situation for the 335M is pitiful. A known problem with a major game survives how many revisions? Nvidia is not helping themselves here.
And there must have been an update to L&G that broke it 'cause when I was trying it on these drivers it was working for me. I didn't tweak any settings though (the game's graphics aren't all that no matter what you do). I only realized I had to revert when I went to try Left 4 Dead 2 yesterday. Terrible. -
I've noticed something strange about these drivers... My framerate doesn't seem to be as high as it was... I get about 50 FPS starting out in Starcraft 2, where before I was getting upwards of 80... however the framerate seems to be more stable. If that makes any sense. The FPS seems lower at times, but I don't see any slowdowns.
The game is also smoother when enabling Ambient Occlusion. Where before I saw a huge FPS hit whenever I turned it on, now my framerate (with it turned on) seems much more stable.
I don't know what they changed, but I guess this is a good thing. If I start seeing crazy drops in framerate, I may switch back... but right now I guess I'm happy with the performance I'm getting.
The performance boost using Throttlestop really boosts my FPS, but I am reluctant to use it all the time for fear of wearing out my hardware prematurely. I may have to get over that fear if I want to see increased performance. -
Anyone know how these work with the witcher in terms of fixing the texture slider and aa slider problems? (they don't work on anything after 260.99 or something)

with these drivers the screen seems to be blank for me on a dual monitor system with darksiders.. works just find on the mx11 screen, but no dice on an external.. hear audio and all, just a black screen.. went back to the 267.76 and worked again. I could run the windows experience with the newer drivers as well without crash, but prefer being able to play darksiders at the moment..

I've noticed a performance increase in WoW with these drivers. I haven't tested any other games besides WoW and Batman, both run very nice...

Must be a nightmare to be a graphics driver programmer... Why is it that they have to break some games, and optimize some others, at every revision?
-
Does anyone know if these work with 3D acceleration on google chrome 11 beta+? -
Ok these must have been designed in heaven.. they work no crashing no lockups no overheating and this has finally become a gaming laptop.. Thanks you Nvidia for seemingly getting it right this time.. Oh yea
-
Yep, these are definitely the best and most compatible Nvidia drivers I've used in a long time.
-
I agree. these drivers are very good/stable.
Now if only they'd get the shader glitches in Left 4 Dead 2 fixed, they'd be perfect. -
and wow bugs too
-
What driver exactly are we talking about?
-
these drivers:
NVIDIA DRIVERS 270.51 BETA
will have to see if MW2 works with the drivers. -

They need a hybrid version of these drivers. Screw you dell! But then again, it's a beta driver, not WHQL. Also, Black Ops runs a little better. But they really still need to do some tweaking. L4D2 ran great on my previous drivers, I don't know about these drivers because my cousin hasn't came to house in a long time, L4D2 is so boring alone.

Can an m11xR1 handle this driver ? Is this driver only for R2's?
Because if the R1 can handle this driver without issues... I WOULD INSTALL IT RIGHT NOW -

aww, lots of positive comment...., worth to try I guess.....
-
It is strange that playing flash games on IE9 (using IGP, Nvidia will crash IE9) seems a lot lagger than chrome (tried using nvidia but no Nvidia GPU activity there)?
-
Just installed beta driver and it seems like I've a little drop in frame rate in Crysis 2. My max temp are little bit higher, 75*C. I think I'll rollback.

i got 107 points extra in 3Dmark 11
sweet, almost 3K
Clevo p170hm, GTX 485m! -
3k?
