NVIDIA DRIVERS 275.33 WHQL
-
Looks like they've fixed the Witcher 2 3D vision bug but not done any performance tweaks for it
-
Does it work straight up or do you have to use a modified inf.

^^THIS^^
Will give it a try tonight. -
I will see if I have time to give these a whirl tonight, I don't expect anything moving from 275.27. -
Downloading at the moment. I will probably give it a try with a number of games that I am playing at the moment.
Hopefully this graphic card works well with Bioshock 2 which some previous versions failed to do so...
Hope this also works for GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City !
EDIT:
I am definitely feeling game play improvement for GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City.
I have been running the game with all setting to medium and AAx4. Increased FPS by 5~10 for me. -
I'll give em a try and see. -
There are reasons why it is called beta, you know. -

Driver works great, but I find I need to be overclocked in the BIOS to get decent performance on most games now. It wasn't like this on previous drivers. I'm not complaining, but it's something I've noticed.
-
Interesting. After installing this driver, my "Desktop Performance for Windows Aero" score went from 3.1 to 5.5.
What the heck did Nvidia do?!?!
I've been keeping up with every release, and this is the first where I've seen anything above 3.1-3.3. Last time, it went down .2! -
how do left 4 dead 2 and tf2 work on these drivers? i have the beta ones currently, there's no harm in upgrading right?
-
180 megs. jeez.

It means that whenever I play any games that require more than my processor i7 640UM, I will be able to play with slightly higher performance by using this driver. These games include GTA IV, Fable III, Starcraft II and etc.
The maximum performance increase, according to Nvidia, can be 12%. -
The following is my current WEI.
Processor: 5.5
Memory: 5.5
Graphics: 5.3
Gaming Graphics: 6.5
Primary Hard Disk: 5.9 -
I went from 3.6 to 5.3
Processor: 5.9
Memory: 5.9
Graphics: 5.3
Gaming Graphics: 6.5
Primary Hard Disk: 5.9 -
Anyone having any luck with Heroes of Newerth i tried the beta version and hon would start but it would not be usuing the 335m just seeing if this driver helps any or any tips
-
I was actually going to do some stress tests on these new drivers but I have run into the issue that the driver is saying I have no compatible hardware found. Safe mode, non-safe mode, with and without intel drivers, no matter what I try to do the nvidia driver will not see my 335m. Anyone else running into this with the new drivers? Its a new issue for me considering my last 20 installs of drivers have gone without a hitch.

-
I'm excited about the extra performance in CPU dependant games.
Any luck with TW2?? -
This driver is great, no more glitches in Fable 3 and frame rate definitely increase in StarCraft 2. I will test my Win7 score and report back
Before:
Processor: 4.8
Memory: 5.6
Graphics: 2.8
Gaming Graphics: 6.4
Primary Hard Disk: 5.9
After:
Processor: 4.8
Memory: 5.6
Graphics: 5.3
Gaming Graphics: 6.5
Primary Hard Disk: 5.9
And there're 2 new options in Red Faction setting, ambiance something and sun shaft. I think it was hidden or unavailable in previous 264.xx driver.
Love u nvidia -

I just updated to 275.33 and I can't get Civ5 to start properly anymore. Goes to black screen on start-up in both DX9 and DX10/11 modes.
Also the stupid GPU activity icon won't go away! If I untick it, it comes back as soon as I right-click the desktop or open the nVidia control panel or start a game... -
-
Wow, my Areo and Gfx score are both 6.6 on my R1, not sure what drivers I got. Sys Info says Driver Ver 197.12
-
I'm also still on 275.27 but just re-ran my WEI and got the nice bump.
CPU: 6.2
RAM: 6.2
Aero: 5.3 (was 2.2 before)
Gaming graphics: 6.5
HDD: 5.9 (My SSD gives 7.9 rating) -
I installed these and although Civ V works fine for me, it does up League of Legends. Frame rate is really choppy and the game itself crashes if you alt-tab out of it.
Edit: I decided to reinstall these drivers after a clean sweep/install, however the crashes keep occurring on League of Legends, I think its either a client issue or an Optimus issue. I guess I'll have to wait for another update, in the meantime, which driver should I use instead as I was using 267.76 before. -
Have only had a chance to test a few games on the new drivers, but Dawn of War II Retribution's Performance Test actually drops in framerate on the same settings with the new drivers. It's not a hugely significant drop, but it's consistently there on repeated tests.
Edit: This is on an R3 i7 mind you. Average frame rate drop is 2 fps, but much larger on minimum framerate figures on DoWII: Retribution. -

Since I updated to new driver, It seems like I can't add programs or games to white-list anymore, anyone has this issue???
Edit: Actually not all the games can't be added to white-list. Those not working are some Japanese games, although it still works in previous driver. -
EDIT:
Can't load Civ 5 now; same issue as when I had my original drivers. My WEI got bumped up from 5.4 to 5.9 though -
I'm back to 270.61 and Civ5 works fine again. -
-
Civilization V Support
Seems there are others having issues... potentially this fix might help?
-
Oh and mine is whitelisted in nvidia control panel, glacius1. It's a very odd issue - didn't have any other problems w/ games except for that one.
I'll have to try the 'SkipIntroMovie' suggestion at some point; I don't want to mess with my drivers anymore today though. -
Wow.. Colour me impressed!!
Fable 3, on my settings in a city i'm getting drops to 25fps with lots of NPC around. With an overclock and the new driver, same area 32/35fps!! NICE! -
Has anyone verified that these drivers work with L4D2 on very high shaders?
I read that the beta ones worked, but I am looking for confirmation on this version before updating. I am still using 260.99 because of my love for L4D2
Thanks,

Installed these yesterday and ever since then the GPU Activity icon keeps reappearing in my systray despite the fact that it's not turned on in the NV control panel and despite the fact that I keep "disabling" it from the icon itself. It will go away for a brief period and then returns on its own.
I did a complete uninstall of the 275 beta drivers, rebooted, rebooted again into safe mode and ran Driver Sweeper, rebooted and installed .33 (w/o 3D junk).
Anyone else seeing this? -
Runs smooth for the games I played this week.
Installed these new drivers by checking the clean install option. That's all. -
Hmm, I've found that the issue was actually with League of Legends and not the drivers. Seems that the game doesn't play well with 270 series drivers at the moment, but for everything else these drivers are fine.
-
Hey guys, what program do you use to track FPS?
-

-
Cool Driver ey peeps.
Seems to make use of the Nvidia GPU properly this time whilst running the WEI tests. Thats cool.
Anyone installed them successfully on the M11x R1? Anything special need to be done before or during installation?
Modded INF required?
Hows performance? Any noticeable improvements?
Cheers.
