OC'd 166mhz through Bios, and kept pushing the gpu higher while currently running a game. I am able to hold high fps in the game, but it stutters (turbo boost maybe?)

Here are the specs, It's stable under load as well. Is there something wrong? Or is it really OC'd?

Game was minimized while the picture was taken. It's about 70-80% load on GPU windowed.

I thought so too, but when you restart your computer, do you have to keep re-applying these frequencies?
