    Hello guys, OCZ Nocti mSata SSD 120 GB works in a alienware m11x r1 in slot internal up slot wi fi? (slot for broadband wwan dell h3g) ?

    EDIT, I just installed my OCZ msata drive from my other laptop into the m11x, nothing, wouldnt detect it.

    That is correct. The miniPCIe slot on the Alienware M11x is not connected to a disk controller (it is connected to a USB controller).

    Any storage device you try to plug in to that miniPCIe slot will need to have its own disk controller. And even in that case, the storage device would only operate at USB 2.0 speeds at max (30Mbps), which effectively defeats the purpose of trying to use an SSD to begin with.
