    I've been meaning to call them for a while, but now my hand has been forced.
    My hinges are cracking, screen is protruding, card reader isn't working, one headphone jack is considerably quieter, and now this morning, my power supply died. So now i have no lappy :(

    Edit: going surprisingly smoothly. The guy understands me, they won't send me a replacement but are sending the tech round asap to replace everything. Trying to order a 128 SSD but the Canadian price is coming up $700+ dollars???? Only $300+ US.. Interesting.

    Edit: Wow, $700 for 128gig Kingston SSD, no thank you. Tech is coming out but maybe not tomorrow which means no lappy for me til Tuesday!! Bloody Labour Day.

    Haha, indeed! I actually called for a LCD replacement a while ago but ended up getting screwed around by the tech. I'm too lazy to call I guess :p The other issues weren't really major but now the power brick has gone, it's a different story.

    Edit: Yeah, they are pretty much replacing everything. Surely it would be easier to give me a new one?
