has anyone done this? basically i got a few scratches on the screen, i am clueless as to how it happened...![]()
anyways was wondering if anyone remedied it with some polish to fill the scratch? i am aware of sand paper way of doing things, as in sandpapering a layer of it then polishing it, but really, it would just mess up the bezel. Don't suggest that

So anyways, anyone can suggest any well working plastic polishers or something similar?
edit: Bezel covering the LCD that is :d

Depending on how deep the scratches are, you can use the same resin used to fix scratches in car windshields, but they would have to be deep. Otherwise use that stuff that gets scratches out of CDs
shown here: Amazon.com: Scotch® Disc Cleaner and Scratch Remover Kit: Office Products -
Doesn't that CD stuff simply remove the plastic down to the level of the scratch?

I remember using some on my old phone's screen to fill some scratches, though they didn't work at all. -
Fill only is a tough way to get results with something that has light hitting it from both sides. I suggest getting either an old dead used panel for cheap and experimenting or some other material you know to be similar.
There are specific polishes for glass that might help. I expect the technique to be at least similar. Eastwood sells the car stuff if you want to read about it. -
well ill check them out, probably ignoring the little scratch will be easier. Sounds too unreliable lol.
Polish for the bezel?
