Hi, I recently had to reinstall windows since I got a SSD and I am having a problem with the bluetooth.

Im trying to connect my razer orochi bluetooth mouse and it just gets stuck at "Connecting to Device". Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the bluetooth drivers and nothing works. Any Ideas?

The mouse worked completely fine on my old installation of windows on my old HDD.

I just want the ability to use my blluetooth mouse back :(

Is it recognizing the mouse and then getting stuck after you select the orochi or is it not recognizing it at all?

Recognizing the mouse, and then getting stuck after selecting it.

hmm after uninstalling the drivers maybe try using driver sweeper to completely remove any traces of it then reinstall. Also this may sound stupid but your mouse may possibly just need new batteries.

Will try driver sweeper after work tonight. Its weird that it doesnt work though, especially since its a brand new installation of windows and the drivers from Dell. There were no other bluetooth drivers installed before it.
