I just got my R1... Everything seemed fine. Then I started to get BSOD's randomly. I think I figured out the cause but was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue. I have my machine hooked up top a SONY TV via HDMI: When I switch between inputs on my TV my machine BSOD's. I thought it was random but it seems to correlate to when I switch over to my cable input.

I use my R1 through HDMI on various TVs and monitors wherever it is needed. It seems to be fine. Not sure why it is causing you the problem though.

Have you done the usual: reinstalling drivers?

Have my M11xR1 connected to a HDMI splitter/switch which is connected to a ONKYO receiver, which is then connected to a SONY HD LCDTV. At least with the above configuration I'm not having problems (other than forgetting what I'm connected to.)
Think once or twice I've plugged into the back of the sony TV and changed input without problems.
I know with a Panasonic 50" plasma and changing input via HDMI I've never had a problem.

do some experimenting with different video drivers, also, when switching inputs you might want to unplug the hdmi from the m11x before doing so.
you could always try a displayport to hdmi adapter too. you could also mess around with the settings in nvidia control panel.

I am just going to ask a bunch of random questions that I think could be wrong to help...

What speed is the HDMI cable? Is your TV 3D capable? Do you overclock at all (CPU and/or GPU)? Are you on the modded BIOS? What drivers are you currently using?
