    Hey guys,

Just out of curiosity, how much do you think I could sell my M11x R1 for? Here's what I have:

    -SU7300
    -4 GB RAM
-500 GB 7200 RPM HDD (not selling my SSD)
-A little over 1 year of accidental warranty left.
    -Very few scratches/cosmetic issues

I really don't want to get rid of my baby, but Diablo 3 with four players is pretty painful.

It really depends where you live in the UK they are still selling for around £400-£450 on Ebay because they are great for Battery life.

Bit of shame that the R1 struggles with Diablo 3 although a little hopeful as well, sadly games are either badly optimised or include a lot more physics these days so are CPU bound luckily I am seeing no problems at all with my R3 but I dont play it with 4 other people. If you are looking for an 11 inch model the NP Clevo/Sager with its full sized notebook CPU runs it like a pro as you would expect with Ivy and a 650M GT with DDR3 otherwise you can take a look at trying to upgrade or swap to an R3 if you want to keep the same with the I5/I7 ULV you shouldn't see any problems as long as you stick with average settings.

I agree with Yiddo , it really depends .
Like in Ontario (Canada) some people sell it for as low as $400 , but there's some people who sell it for $600 .

    Thanks for the replies guys.

I live in Canada myself. Perhaps I will look into getting an R3. I just like this little machine too much!

It's a darn shame that they are ending this line of computers.

If you can try and get the I7 version of the R3 its turbo can run 4 threads at 2.5ghz compared to the I5 2ghz and when it is CPU power you need it may be worth it if your not paying out too much for it and still want a ULV CPU. The SU7300 just is not powerful enough anymore it is half the performance of the newer sandy bridge models and has half the threads.

If I were you I would go for the Origin Eon 11-s instead . It has a similar design to the m11x but it's revamped for ivy bridge and it has a whopping 2gb of Nvidia gt650m ..

Only down side is you have to wait until it's release ofc .

That is just a rebranded version of the current Clevo and Sager 11 inch models that can be bought now with extra styling. As confirmed in Htwingnut's review it run's very hot and consumes the battery a lot faster, for the op currently having an R1 he would be expecting to half his battery life. The biggest factor of the M11x is its low power draw using ULV cpu's which for most of us in an 11inch model is key.

Performance will be a lot higher but you have to decide if it is worth giving up many features which make these models so great.

Diablo III runs perfectly fine on my R1, even with 4 players over bodgy internet. I would check my settings and system properly before selling it just because a game is lagging.

I sold my M11x R1 in the family for $500, I would expect anywhere in the $400-500 range, at least here in North America.

The R1 can handle Diablo 3 with 3 others players. Turn off shadows and AA, set resolution to 1280x720 and the game will work just fine. I have, however, experienced temporary slowdown to 8-16FPS during the massive battles in Act III but it's still very playable.
