    What game is it?

Just from what you said, I can only suspect memory loss.

its not just a single game, its every game i play. like imagine just playing a game fine (medal of honor for example) a godo 30 fps and then for no reason the game just drops to 5 fps for like 4 minutes.

What are your cpu and gpu temperatures? Your laptop might be throttling because it is getting too hot.

Either your CPU or GPU is throttling. It's a common problem and is usually triggered by heat. Try running a GPU-Z log file while gaming so you will have a record if your GPU was throttling. If you can't see anything obvious, also try running ThrottleStop in monitoring mode with the Log File option selected. One of these logs will show you the problem. Upload them to MediaFire and post a link here.

Laptop fans and heatsinks get dirty with age and the thermal paste can also degrade. If it is summer where you live, the extra heat can result in throttling even though everything was running great a month or two ago.
