    Hello
    One of my usb ports, ( on the left side) is always turned on. Even if the computer is off . Is it ok ?

    That usb port has some kind of power share option that you can turn on/off in the bios. If it is on, it powers that usb port so you can charge things with the computer off. I forget what the setting is called but if you look through the bios menus you should be able to find the setting to turn it off.
