    Hello,

I got m11x r2 couple of weeks ago.

    i5 + HDD 300gb + 4gb ram

Recently I also started to tune it, but I cannot get to good results.

Besicly the max I got is

    470/850 @ 157 Hz (with trottlestop at 20/60)

All above ether causes problems or complite freezes of laptop (blue screen with
nvidia reporting problems') so i am stuck at this OC.

The temps are in SC2 running medium setting

    GPU: up to 85
    CPU: up to 75

Are those results correct of I need call a warranty guys ?

Also sometime when watching movies/youtube I got problems with sound screching and breaking but not so often.

    Thx for opinion.

To address the computer performance, it's normal. You can't get higher overclock simply beause your processor can't handle it. Each processor is different and unique, none are the same.

I don't know what you're referring to when you said "470/850", so you may have to explain a bit further. As for the sound problem, I have no idea, if it's only movies and Youtube, check your flash player.

This is my GPU OL statistic:

    Clock Core : 470
    Shader: 1128
    Memory : 850

Bescily I may be more lucky with r3 mebe :(

but some game like Dead Space 2 I have to play at default becase they freezn withing some minutes into gameplay :(

Don't bother overclocking your gpu. I would just wait to get the Ivy processor, M11xr4

Because overclocking your gpu won't make a significant difference when playing games, unless you are bothered by 1-5fps change...

Yup, your limiting factor is your CPU, not your GPU.

no no no no... sometimes the R2 had gpu problems, like freezing. and was needing the shader clock to be underclocked. that is a bad gpu if it freezes at default clocks. and an overclock makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE, dont listen to these guys. in certain games you can get more then a 10fps increase. also, with throttlestop, the cpu is NOT the problem. even my core 2 duo pin modded at 1.73ghz has never had a game lag.

if your computer freezes at stock clocks, ask for a replacement. when you get the replacement, try again. overclocking is very useful.
ALSO, not getting a good overclock for the processor is NOT a processor issue, this is a ram issue, you dont have strong ram. if you had better ram, you would have a better cpu overclock.

Just put your laptop on higher place to ensure that the fan wasn't be covered by something. I'm sure your temp would be decrease around 10*C
