I know that Dell has stated they officially only support windows 8 and not 8.1, but surely this has to be possible.

Everything is running smoothly (less a BSOD problem i need to figure out) but for the life of me I CANNOT get the 540m driver installed.

The newest version, as well as old ones ALL say that they cannot find the hardware to install the driver. Any ideas on why this might be? I know its possible to get it up and running as I've seen people posting about having it in specs, but I cant seem to get over this hurdle.

    Anyone had similar experience?
