    My m11x keeps freezing for no apparent reason. Not in game, just on desktop. I turn on my computer and try to open a program, and then it just suddenly freezes forcing me to force restart. Please help!

    Vents not airing correctly.. ( on your bed or a cover ? )
    Ram not seating correctly.. take out and put back in?
    Over clocked to much ?
    power settings maybe?

    A lot of folk reinstall windows right out the box.. maybe it is a bad windows install?
