    3 things:
    1. 17inches
    2. $2800
    3. By the time it's released in Q4 it will be outdated technology for that price.

P.s. It's just the "blade". Switchblade was the concept design name.

That thing shouldn't even be patented for sale. Razer has now achieved total fail status.

    $2,800?

Suddenly I don't feel as stupid for spending $1,000 on my M11X.

:D I did the same thing hahaha. Even though we all might be a little biased towards alienware, razer's "blade" is going to be a huge fail when it's released. I mean the keyboard is pretty sweet but it's gonna take more than that to convince me of getting it instead of a M18x.

I think it looks fantastic, but for what you're paying, it's pretty damn dismal. Would be nice to see a 'limited edition' m11x with metal casing me thinks ;)

concept is nice tho but the price is a tad fail, alienware is expensive but u get a beast of a machine back for it.

if they scale the price a tad better and improve the hardware in it then it gets a bit more interesting.

It is very pretty, but Razer's pricing and marketing are laughable. The worlds "first" gaming notebook? Seriously?

to be fair, it's thinner, and cheaper, than a similar configged MBP17. Also can be faster, if marginally.

So in an apple fanboi POV, it can - who am I kidding? This is a bag load of fail, only because of the price.
