    1. After changing my version of windows (disastrous) and reverting back to windows 7, I can no longer find the command centre or Alien Fx. How do I restore them?

Just go to support.dell.com, put your device tag I and then download the version for the appropriate version windows your running. The re-install it.

Did you run diagnostics? Try hitting f12 at the bios screen and choosing diagnostics and do a full test. See if it all passes.

Thanks pathfinder, I did run a diagnostics test. Command centre had been deleted. I have now reinstalled it and it is working fine. My son had decided to update to a new version of windows, which was a disaster. When we reverted back, lots of things disappeared or required sorting out. Just dealing with the usual M11x R2 bsod. For a dedicated gaming computer, it's been an absolute pain!
    Again, thanks for the reply.

What's the BSOD about? What's the file that's causing it?
