So, I replaced the keyboard between the 2 systems I have at home (one is a replacement) and now my M11xR2 doesn't seem to turn on?! Checked every connection and it seems to be in order. I'm also tried running it via battery or plugged in with no luck. What could it be?!

When you say, "turn on" you mean that it doesn't work or that the lights won't work? If you're talking about the lights, hit the alienfx button.

There are two ribbon cables that you're going to want to check besides the two that are for the keyboard itself. More than likely one or both of them got disconnected when you accessed and removed the keyboard.

Sorry I can't be more specific.

Apparently one of the small ribbon cables on the left got stuck on the keyboard and was removed when I took it out. Fixed!

    Thanks slickie! +1

I only know that, because I did the same thing when I did my first tear down. Missed the ribbon that powers the CPU. A bit of a scare to be sure. :)
