So ive had My m11x R2 for about 1 month now and to be honest im not impressed , i think the m15x is more up my street. and ive been wondering if i can return this thing and if there are any conditions that apply cause i think it is too late to do so , i havnt had much chance to use it so its taken me some time to get round to it. so what do i need to do if i want to return it and can i still do so?

About a month of ownership? I'd say too late.

You might want to sell it on like eBay if its too late
-
Try selling it here even?
Make a little bit of your money back I guess. -
maybe somebody who's not happy with his m15x would trade with you. both you would benefit from it.

Dell has a 21 day return policy from the date they shipped it, so yes, if you have had it for a month it is too late. I myself am returning it tomorrow because I realized that its disgraceful to just hook this baby up to a monitor along with a mouse and keyboard for 98% of its use. I'm buying a desktop from dell to replace it, and I have just realized that they WAY overcharge for alienware desktops. I got a studio xps 8100, with twice the ram, an extra 250 gigs of hard drive space, a 5770 instead of a 5670, as well as an i7 860 instead of an i3 for the same price.... The only thing I would think they have a reason to charge extra is the name and cooling. system.

Wasn't there some guy on here wanting to trade an M15X for an M11X? Wonder where that dude went, maybe BatBoy will come in here, I know he closed the other guys thread and sent him somewhere else in the forum, so maybe he can show you where to go.

He sent him here if I recall correctly.
Return?
