So I was cleaning my m11x screen and I accidentally chipped some of the glass on the screen. It's pretty minor, but still noticeable. Do you know where I can find a replacement glass screen? And will DELL cover it under the warranty? Thanks

If you have complete care warranty then i would say yes, otherwise probably not. You'll need to replace the entire lid & screen ensemble, it all comes together as 1 part.
