    Hello guys!

    I have the m11x r3 and whenever I open the computer, it creaks a bit kinda like a popping noise. Also, one of the rubber feet fell off the bottom so I called alienware and they said I cannot get new ones... even though I have advance warranty. Any ideas as to what I should tell them or have you guys ever experienced this?
