When I enter my service tag there are no updates. However when I pick m11xr3 there are 22. Anyone else use the service tag?

I don't. AFAIK, the only thing the service tag option gives over choosing the model, is if there is a different WLAN chipset used, or if you didn't have bluetooth installed, it simply would just filter out the "extra" drivers.

I figured dell would have a more windows like interface where it detects what hardware you have and tell u which updates are for your system. Guess not.

I never enter my service tag as it always tells me my r1 is a r3. Even before the r3 was out.

With there support system issues I think entering the service tag may be broken.
