The entire left side of my keyboard is raised up and not flush with the case... I can't tell what the tech did to cause this but it doesn't just push back down into place. I have now had (2) LCDs replaced for a hinge issue and now I am going to have to call them again for this crap... At what point do I ask for a replacement?

press down on the keyboard where the shift and ` keys are and itll snap in place there are little clips that secure them to keep them flush with the case

Doesn't work I already tried it looks like theres physical damage to the assembly underneath the keys that hold them in place. Its mostly the Ctrl/Shift/Caps lock key that are very noticeable that they are not flush.
