    Soft Touch Stealth Black on R1 M11X

    So my screen on my R1 M11X still constantly pops out and the gap at the top is still there. I did phone to get it replaced a while ago but the tech didn't show up on the right day. I've been meaning to get around to phoning again. Do you think I would be able to get the Soft Touch lid when they are released? Will they be compatable?

    I dont see why not other than having to pay a hefty price. Check with support in a couple of weeks. Might take some time for them to receive all the new part data... just a thought.

    I'd suggest you call support and have it replaced with a new one. This problem should be resolved on spare parts... A new LCD would cost you a fortune...

    Yeah, but i'm just wondering if spare parts will eventually mean the soft touch lid. If so, then i'll wait another month or 2 before calling.
