So I am getting a aurora r3 soon and I want to have both computer sync'ed up with pictures, music, saved games, bookmarks, and random other things.

Anyone know of a good smooth program that can do this? One that will sync the m11x to the aurora, then the aurora to the m11x, so they are both the same.

Just a thought. I have a "My Games" folder in my documents which has a good quantity of saved games. I just replaced the generic folder with a dropbox folder I renamed to be My Games on both computers. Could some derivation of that help you? Just my 2 cents.

ANyone try windows live mesh? I like the idea that its made by microsoft, so I know it will work really well.

I used dropbox for a little while, never could get it to work right for some reason.

I've never thought of this before. Having game saves shared between computers is a great idea!

I really want to try this now. Let me know if you figure something out or Windows live mesh works well.

I use Dropbox for my Game Saves. Been using it for over 2 years. I used to use Mesh Live for my Saves, but it screwed me over one time while vacationing in Vegas. My Saves for Borderland and some other games didnt sync with my Lappie (which I last played on my Desktop). Fired up Borderlands and GTA4 s from scratch just for the Hell of it and Wouldnt U know those saves synced back with My Desktop and cancelled out the original saves?

Pissed off, I decided to try Dropbox. Along with Winbolic Link, I just toss "Direct" Save folders into the Dropbox Folder (which is installed by default to Documents Folder) and use Winbolic Link to create a Junction Link from the Original Save Folder location to point to the folder location in DB where I keep the rest of my Game Saves. Problem with dropping the entire My Games into DB for some is: In some games, you'll be transferring over the config settings as well, and it's a slight annoyance having to redo my in-game video configs everytime I switch between PC's from resolution to effects level, being that rigs aren't equally spec'd.

DB also allows to retrieve older versions of files that were deleted or overwritten/altered that were stored in your DB.
Mesh Has been revamped since then and is much better than what it used to be. Only use it for misc files every once in a while these days.
