My only question is do I need either of these ?

I have an R3 with 6 gig ram core i5

I'm running skyrim in mid 30 s fps
    Black ops at 60 fps
Starcraft 2 at about 75 fps

    No.

All they do is make changes to windows such as disabling the Aero theme or removing Windows animations... Stuff which allows really low-spec PC's barely scratching the minimum req's to play games. Won't make a bit of difference on an R3 tbh.
