This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ... I ended up ordering new anyway. I tried the code from last weekend on late Monday and order new in the first few hours of Tuesday after debating whether to go refurb or new. At least its on its way now. Currently overseas and my trusty T61 died. After many hours of deciding between envy 14 and a few other models I hope this turns out alright. Now all I have left to decide is Dell 3 year warranty or third party.....

    Oh, and I apologize if this was a double post. Just trying to make sure the info gets out.
