So I decided to recover my whole system and install win7 ultimate 64-bit instead of the home premium which I had since my school offered it for free. The problem is that now whenever I try to install some of the drivers, it says that my "system" does not meet the requirements to run the driver. Anyone have any troubles with this?

Also, I can't get my wireless to work, whenever i try to open the drivers for the wireless drivers, it says my system isn't capable of running them.

I used the anytime upgrade from the home premium to ultimate and it took all of about 15 minutes just by adding the ultimate key.. I also had trouble trying to install ultimate from a clean start told me some trash about CD DVD drivers and stopped there.. Just install using the Alienware home premium and when your done in the search bar type in anytime upgrade and it will ask for your key and upgrade you to ultimate in like 15 minutes

I would use the Alienware home premium, but I got my m11x from Ebay and the guy that sold it to me didn't give me the installation disc, so i've been scrambling to find it online but no luck.

I just installed Ultimate 64 bit on a new SSD in my m11x. So far, only the WIFI driver has been an issue, but I resolved it.

Looks Like everything else is working but will monitor and post again in a few days.
