I just got my R2 recently and realized that my engraving is upside down. Did this happen to anyone else?

Not exactly the same, but my engraving was cut-off by two letters even though the whole thing fit when customizing it (the test screen to see how it will look). Tried to get it dealt with by having a new plate sent with a shorter engraving, but nothing ever came from it.

I recently got my R2 but I have no plate. Is there any way I can order one from Dell or something?

In the "built for" part of my nameplate the word "built" isn't on there and part of the "for" is missing.

That stinks- I have an R1, but I suffered a similar problem...they cut my name off by a couple letters. I ordered a free replacement but the font and the size look a lot smaller. Doesn't seem as "nice" as the manufacturer one. Oh well, can't complain. They got my name right and it is kind of long. :)
