UPDATE ON BORDERLANDS: ok so i tried out this program called Willow Tree. it's basically a character editor, if you've ever played diablo 2 you're probably familiar with them. you can edit stats, shields, mods, gun, cash. everything. IMO if your going to use the program you have to use the website in conjuction with it b/c the code for the different stats of equipment is hard to figure out without the legend provided on the website. the editor itself has a user friendly interface, but you definately need the charts on the website. Now with this program you can make crazy powerfull guns or you can do what i've been doin and basically just modifying existing weapons in my inventory. a different barrel or your favorite sight can make any drop you find into your dream weapon. it's a great program. if any1 has questions about it just im me.
