It can be features that are prominent on other laptops available on the market, or it can be features that only the Alienware 13 have.
It's kind of lonesome to see all we are interested in is upgrading hardware components for the Alienware 13, and not something that is unique to Alienware.
Or maybe there isn't anything unique at all, and we're just focusing on the hardware specs and how it fits our (consumers') demands/needs.
I'll start. Everyone I know of is impressed by the quality of the laptop keyboard on my Alienware 13. They said it feels "mechanical" and "robust" when typing. I don't know if the keyboard is actually mechanical, but what I do know is that the reaction time of the keyboard is on par with a keyboard with a decent spring-recoil reaction time.

In sure the keyboard is the new style like on the 14/17/18 its not mechanical, decent though.
The neatest feature to me is the external GPU.... -
Intolerable oil and fingerprint magnetism on the inner surface. That certainly is unique to Alienware 13, worse than any other.

The one "special" feature if you opt for it is the True Life display in my opinion.... it really is a significant improvement over the standard IPS panel. It is touch as well if that is your thing. I won't say I hate the touch aspect, and the screen is far more resistant to oil from your fingers, but I only occasionally use it showing the system to someone or if I just want a change of pace for a few minutes. It does add an entirely different dimension of use to the system though and helps it have a more premium feel.
The system also sounds pretty good, while not the best in class possibly, it certainly is not far from it.
The last point is the aesthetics... you either like it or you don't, but it does look pretty sharp, but I have yet to develop a taste for the pinched back corners.... that still looks just ... weird to me.
What other special features the new Alienware 13 has available?
