I'm probably pretty close to ordering the new Alienware M11x, but I was just curious as to it working with the Hauppauge HD PVR. I already own the Hauppauge, and it runs fine on this 5 year old computer that's specs say it has a Intel Pentium 2.66 ghz processor. The Hauppauge website says it needs at least a computer running a dual core 2.0ghz processor to run.

I was just curious if the M11x would be able to run this as I believe its base clock speed is only 1.5ghz. It also says it can go up to 2.7 ghz or something with turbo boost, but I don't fully understand that. I would have to assume that the processor in the M11x would still run it better than my current PC regardless of its clock speed, but I'm uncertain.

Can any of you guys shed some light on this?
