    Hi,

Yesterday my school begun so I wanted to have a new fresh m11x r2. When I tried using Dell Data Safe back up by formatting it back to the factory state I got an error with winload.exe when the m11x restarted. It suggested me to put in the windows cd but I dont have a cd driver so how do I have to do this without a cd?

    Yours,
    Peter

Use another computer to copy the contents of the Recovery disc that came with your PC (which is just a plain Windows 7 install disc), and put those files onto a USB thumb drive.

This disk is not a full windows 7 install disk. You can not run any of the repair options, other than a full re-install of windows.
