    Hey all,

Not sure if this is an m11x problem or a windows 7 problem. About 10 minutes ago, out of the blue, my alienware suddenly stopped being able to connect to my wireless network. Still works on my macbook pro, and I can get internet via the ethernet port on the alienware.

    Any ideas? :/

Are you sure you haven't switched it off by accident?
I done this myself and wondered why the hell I lost wi-fi.
It's Function button 1 or 2 (not using my M11x at moment so can't check), but it displays a little blue antenna mast LED in top left corner (above Escape key).

Yeah, I turned it off just now to use the ethernet cable instead. :(

I have been having something like this happen to me. Sometimes my bluetooth will cut out for 30 seconds at a time, or sometimes indefinitely. Sometimes I can fix it with the wireless switch, sometimes it needs a reboot. Sometimes it's just wireless, sometimes it's both, but most of the time it's bluetooth.

Did a reboot fix it? Mine only happens after hibernation.

When this happens, reboot your router and see if that changes anything.

A misbehaving wireless router is a much more likely culprit than a misbehaving WiFi card.
