Hey guys, I think I may have a small problem, figured I'd ask you guys first before going through the tedious over-the-phone tech support.
So, sometime yesterday I noticed my power button didn't change colour after plugging in my battery charger. When I opened alienFX, I got a strange error, saying:
"The device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system. Do you want to remove this device from the current theme?"
Of course I said no, and proceeded to try and change my keyboard colour. Unfortunately, I couldn't, and when I closed out of alienFX, I noticed in my tray that the alien head was red. When I tried to turn alienfx on, it said alienFX was disabled, and it couldnt be turned on. I tried uninstalling the whole command center, running a cclean, and reinstalling it. Unfortunately that didn't work either.
So... here I am with my keyboard always glowing, I cant turn it off, or change its colours, and apparently alienFX can't detect my keyboard.
Any suggestions for a fix of this?

Thanks for all the help in advanced guys!

P.S. I also keep getting a strange error that windows does not recognize a usb input, which is odd because I don't have anything plugged into any of my usb drives.

Remove the battery (unplug the battery from the motherboard) and then hold down the power button for 10 seconds

I had the same issue, and it took 2 hours on the phone with support to resolve it by doing the above
