    battery dead after power outage

    so the power just went out in my building.. When ever i restart the computer the "before it gets anywhere" it says the acpower can not charge the dell battery. press f3 to never see this message. f1 to continue, f2 for setup

    so i guess my battery is now ed... could this of damaged other things?????? when my computer is on.. when i put my mouse over the battery icon.. it says plugged in, not charging.. its at 82%


    my alienware is plugged into a power surge.... so i dont know why this happen... lame

    i just phoned dell.. gave them my service tag.. since its alienware they transfer me to alienware support.. but they keep sending me another dell person.. hahah. ridiculous..
