    computer keeps freezing while playing wow/ games

    so I play wow and alot of times the computer freezes however I can go to the windows screen and load the internet etc just wow freezes, it dosnt do this on my other computer, what could be the issue I have driver 267 and my cpu is oc to 160mhz intel burn test says stable and I use throttle stop. So what is the issue here what is causing this u think. also I have the i5 and a ssd

    any GPU overclock? blizz games are very sensitive to shader OC on the 335m.

    Ok there is a huge thread about this, i will tell you a simple solution
    Download EVGA precision
    downclock YES DOWNCLOCK to
    375
    (whatever the second is when they are linked)
    then overclock the last slider to 830
    Should work, has worked on most peoples
    grant this is downgrading your system and as always this is your own decision

    that is NOT a solution. there is no damned reason someone should have to downclock their gpu just to get a game or program to work. he needs a replacement. all there is to it.

    I had to downclock mine to get it to work. Its BS. It works but its because you have a faulty GPU. I called dell and demanded a new MoBo. 4 hours later I had one shipped... No more freezing.

    yup. thats the way to do it. there isnt a reason to keep a faulty pc and have to downclock to get it to work with a game.


    also, i just thought of this. what if he does the Vmod me and DavyGT worked on? that would increase the voltage and potentially make it more stable.
