    fn and f key switch

    Ive been searching for hours and can not find anything that works. i have an alienware m11x and it has various functions on the f keys, like screen brightness and sound. is there any way to have those be the priority over the f1-12 keys? i had a macbook pro before this and really liked the way it was on it

    For those of us who have not used a MBP, can you be a bit more specific in what you are trying to do?

    i found that, but im having a problem. when i press the screen brightness keys the thing pops up on the screen that changed the brightness, but it will only stay on the current brightness. however, when i press fn and then the same key, itll move as it is supposed to
