I decided too do a fresh install couple days ago on my M11x r2 everything went good except when i tried too play a game it was running in a small box so i went in nvidia control panel and there's not scaling options at all...

And all the tabs i have showing is 3d settings and video.

Before i did the fresh install it was showing display tab were the scaling was at and alot of other tabs.

Any idea whats going on? I tried couple drivers too which was dells 257s than the 270s and 275s and still not showing everything.

This is pretty much the same problem im having http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=206094

Yep that's what i tried which why i listed 3 different drivers which are the dells 257s and than nvidias 270s and 275s. Should've made that more clear in my post :)

I just don't get why those options are not showing up, It seems like it think its always on intel which it isn't so it hides those options.

Did driver cleaner and installed the intel drivers first and nvidias and it still has that problem.. Wish you can install the nvidias first but you cant..

Not sure what else would be causing this.. This is also my first time reinstalling fresh before i always used the partition restore and that worked perfect but figure i do it this way this time and so far nothing is going right.. and i don't have that partition anymore either or i would restore too that again...

Ya so far i cant figure out the problem sense this is a fresh install and i tried alot of drivers and intel drivers, Maybe it has always had 3 settings, Cant really remember but i do know i never had scaling problems on games before the fresh install.

The nvidia card works perfect when i white list it so i know its working as it should at least.

I have never fresh installed and as far as I can remember I have had this problem. Ive also always had the scaling problem in all games (set to a lower resolution, and the screen size shrinks). Would be good to get a fix to this :/
