I just got off the phone with support, and they said that only 1 headphone jack can be used at a time, which doesn't make sense since there are 2. Is there a way to fix this so I can have 2 headphones plugged in and have them both work simultaneously ? I'd like to be able to watch a movie with a friend and have both of them work. Thanks in advance!! - M11x R2 i7 btw

Are your jacks accidentally set to 5.1 instead of stereo?

It's on the main page of the Realtek HD audio manager. It can be found either in the task bar or through control panel.
