    how to restore alienware to factory edition?

    as topic says, when I used a hp laptop it has a software that easily turns the laptop to factory edition, can I do that on alienware?

    Yes, the laptop comes with software called AlienRespawn. As soon as you get one, you should make a back up of the original factory installation (either to USB or a couple of DVDs). Or you can just use Acronis or your preferred imaging software.
