Played it and it runs great. No hick ups or nothing, full settings too. 4x AA and 16x AF. Plus all details set to high or very high. I get 60-80fps depending on what's going on and how many players are on the screen at once.

about 40 fps i think is the lowest i've seen. Like I said haven't had any issues. I run left 4 dead 2 with near max settings and still manage to get an average fps of 35-40. :D

Edit: Just fired it up to see I get 50fps when theres a couple of players on screen if there's a lot of stuff going on it drops down to 40ish. Still very playable

i dont have one but i guarentee will be no problem at dods recommended settings, and a game like dods will be best played at 100+fps not 60.

I thought everyone abandoned that game once TF2/WaW came out.

With games on Valve's Source engine, its not about how many FPS you can actually see, because of the way the netcode is you need at least 100fps at all times to be sending 100 updates a second to the server to get optimum bullet registration etc.

If you cap your FPS at 60, it means that 40 out of every 100 updates are not being received by the server. Which is lame.

I can't remember offhand if DODS has multi-core support, I haven't played it since before they moved it to the Orange Box engine, but I'd imagine it does since TF2 has.. So if it does I reckon the SU7300 overclocked to 1.7ghz should be able to run it pretty well, since the engine is heavily CPU dependant and there are loads of FPS configs you can use to increase performance if you're not getting as much as you want!
