I've got a Single key (w) that is sticking or double ouputs or doesnt work at all. What suggestions should i do to fix this.

I've taken the key off and repaired it the best i could. Would the next step be to take the keyboard apart and fix it how?

Not sure how far apart you can go on the KB. Unless you know of a specific spill or contaminate I think a new KB is required.

I haven't looked in a long while but I think the kb is semi sealed so take your time.

Looks like its gonna cost me $68.99 to fix it. Since i no longer have a Warranty. After looking at many videos it doesn't seem to hard to fix.

Undo the 8 screws that hold the back plate. Then you have to unscrew the 2 top screws that are near the top of the hindge. Then pop off the 2 connectors and slide out the keyboard. To then replace it you would then reconnect the new keyboard slide it up in place screw down the f3 and f12 screws and the 2 two that connect near the hindges. Connect all 8 screws on the base plate and you're good to go.

Anyone have any suggestion into mabye fixing it without having to buy a new keyboard. Its only the "w" key that does this. I've taking the key off the keyboard via a knife and cleaned it the best i could snapped it back on and tryed it.

    Any help would be appreicated...

Well at this point not much to lose.... strip it down and split it apart and try some DIY. If fail then you can still replace for $70. If it WORKS you saved some cash.
